Life Saving Organization


Pakistan Myasthenic Welfare Organization (PMWO) was established in 1990. PMWO is a registered international charity, dedicated to provide a comprehensive free treatment to poor & needy patients with Neurological Disorders (Myasthenia gravis,  GBS/CIDP,  Polyneuropathy,  TTP  and  others).  The  major  objective  of PMWO  is  to  provide  better  health  care  to  needy  and  poor  patients  with Neurological  Disorders  in  developing  countries.  PMWO  is  the  only  voluntary health organization of its kind in Pakistan which has organized a comprehensive Plasmapheresis   treatment  for  rapid  clinical  management   of  life  threatening conditions  due  to  Neurological  disorders.  PMWO  has  been  doing  tremendous work in this unique health field and have been saving many precious lives through the Mobile Plasmapheresis treatment in Pakistan.

National & International Registration Status of PMWO:

  1. PMWO was registered on 19th February, 1990 under the Voluntary Social

Welfare Agencies Act 1961 with Registration Authority ICT, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.

  1. PMWO  UK   was   registered   on   28th    December,   2010   with   Charity Commissioner UK as Registered Charity No.1139534

 Tax Exemption on Donation to PMWO:

PMWO have approved status of Tax Exemption from Govt. of Pakistan on donations under section 36(1)d of Income Tax Ordinance 2001
